Sanna Lundell

Sanna Lundell, Swedish journalist, is a phenomenal spokesperson for co-dependency. She is the daughter of an alcoholic father, married to a bipolar man with substance abuse issues (in recovery), and recently her mother, who suffered from depression, committed suicid. As her father is a famous author and her husband an even more famous actor her families stories has been covered by the press since she was born.
Today she has taken control of the narrative and talks openly about how she and her family has freed themselves from shame and talk openly about their lives, both the good parts and the bad parts. She has a blog, a podcast and has made several tv shows about co-dependance.
So if you are lucky enough to understand Swedish, she is a real source of inspiration.
